    Operating systems are essential part of I.T. support, since everyone use computer to accomplish something, whether that's browsing the web, writing a novel, making graphics, playing video games....

Whatever the case may be, they need to interact with their operating system to do it.

Remote Connection

    It allows us to manage multiple machines from anywhere in the world.

Let's take an example to clarify it more!

    So, you're in your way to an important presentation, and you are been rehearsing for it all month, and now you are ready to show the big wigs what you got. But wait, it turns out you forgot your only copy on a desktop at home! It's now too late to turn around and get it! So you sit there dreading the inevitable.

    But wait a minute, suddenly, you remember that you have a remote connection set up from your laptop to your desktop, you use this connection to get into your desktop and copy it to your laptop! That's remote connection!
